Not if Manning experiences "protection issues."

Yeah, you don't even need to watch that video to know what type of teammate he is. Just watching the games and the way he yells at his recievers is stomach turning. I'd pay good money for someone to grow big enough balls to smack an acre or six of his noggin'.

Marino yelled at his receivers during a game but never talked negatively about them in the media. :lecture

Marino also did this, which makes him awesome:

That Wildcat deal really throws teams off their game, don't it? I guess next we'll start seeing teams adopting the option play.

You will see a clinic on the wildcat next week when Vick is in.

All that stuff Reid did against the Saints has me thinking. I am thinking that he mostly did it to see how things would work with Vick in the gun.

This year is going to be crazy with it. And you know what? I ^^^^ing love it. I think it's the most exiting thing to happen to football in years. :rock

The wildcat is stupid and a trend that will be gone within a year or two. it's like watching a high school offense in action. LAME LAME LAME!

Only twice a year for every year he was there :)

He could throw. . .just sometimes not very well. Seriously though, mostly I brought his decision-making into question more than anything else. He really was a decent QB from a pure passing perspective. Probably on the order of former Saints QB (and his cousin) Aaron Brooks. His running ability over-shadowed that, but I've certainly seen worse.

I'll put it this way--he was a serviceable passer. With his physical skills, that's all he ever really needed, and in the Wildcat, he could really be impressive.

It is actually kind of fun watching the NFL teams use the wildcat. I am looking forward to the Steelers showing everybody how to stop it.

Oh...and Carpenter only needs to make 2 more points for me to win my fantasy football game.

Oh...and I got stung by my very first scorpion today. It was pretty anticlimactic, how very little it actually hurt.

But then, it WAS a little 1/2" long baby scorpion.

The Steelers are struggling this year. I don't think they are ready for it.
