2012 4-4 on road
2013 6-2 on road
2014 5-3 on road
2015 4-3 on road

Not stellar but not as bad as everyone likes to think. I don’t know if Seattle will win 3 on the road in the playoffs (it will be very tough) but to count them out entirely is not correct either.

Exactly.

I refuse to accept that they are an easy out even on the road. Since becoming NFC Champs we have no data on how they'll play on the road in the playoffs. This isn't the 7-9 team that lost to the Bears in the playoffs. Not even close. Don't compare regular season road games with playoff games. They don't come close to being the same. Seahawks have a proven track record of winning in the playoffs the last few years. I'm not betting against them.
You guys are so funny how hard you will stick to the your guns. So if I said i think they can get beat at home you would gush over their record at home playoff and regular season, but when it comes to their ability on the road you pull we have no data card. :rotflWe have a close to 3 full seasons sample size of a team who's main cast has not changed in those years too much and their road record is great against bad teams and no good at all against good teams. You can continue to bury you head in the sand believe that they will have no problem on the road beating not one , not two but up to three good teams all on the road in three straight games. Yet not in one single season have they beat 3 teams with a winning record on the road at all let alone in three straight weeks. I won't be totally surprised if they win the WC round but that's all I will give them , I also wouldn't bet on them to win a WC game on the road unless they play an NFC east team them I might.

Dude, stats are meaningless in the NFL post season. This isn't fantasy football or college ball (your quality opponent stance). By your argument any team that makes the playoffs and doesn't have a good road record (against quality teams no less) can't win or go to a Super Bowl. That's total crap. Giants, Steelers, Green Bay, Ravens, and Arizona all wouldn't have got to or won a Super Bowl by your logic. Stats don't matter in the playoffs. How many times has David slayed Goliath in the past decade alone? The team that's on a roll and playing great complementary football at the end of the year can get it done. I never said the Seahawks will win the Super Bowl. I never said they'd win the NFC. What I said is that with their talent and experience, they have a legit shot and it really wouldn't surprise anyone if they did (except you of course).

Seattle has experience in the big games, a good coach, the best QB in the league as of now, will be getting Lynch back healthy, number two in third down defense which is huge with the way Wilson is playing. They are playing playoff football right now.

You can't count them out. Not at all. Doesn't matter what the road record is.

Big game between the Broncos and Steelers today. Looking forward to that one. I'm a Steelers fan so I'm hoping they win. Still need KC or the Jets to slip up though. As it stands now, Steelers are still on the outside looking in as far as the playoff picture goes.

Pats will take care of the Jets. :lol I think Chiefs win out.

Carolina rolls on. 14-0.

I can't see Atlanta or Tampa beating them so they will be worthy successors to the '72 Dolphins... both had cakewalk schedules. I have a feeling though that Carolina's season will end like NE's undefeated season.... just a tad short.

Vernon Davis is afraid to take a hit.

Would be fitting if the Patriots defeated the undefeated Panthers in the Super Bowl.

As much as I hate NE I think I would root for them in that case. Cam is just too much of a jack ass to like.

Panthers had me worried about keeping the streak alive :horror

So the AFC road goes through Foxboro yet again :thud:

NFC is lucky, they have to go through much better weather in Carolina

Pats only secured a bye, they still have not secured home field throughout. No team has.

:yess: Broncos lose. Hoping they lose to the Bengals, Jets beat Pats, Steelers/Bengals/Chiefs win out and Pats beat the Dolphins to lock up the #1 seed. All this means Denver misses the playoffs!
