Brady could be the G.O.A.T. But am I the only one that is getting tired of the AFC East being such a joke in the Brady/Belichick era

Dolphins suck
Bills suck
Jets suck

C'mon when are we going to see change in this division :gah:

At least the NFC East was better this season

Packer's Divison of the North is always unpredictable

The AFC North is always entertaining with the Bengals, Ravens, Steelers, and the other team

NFC South is always great with the Falcons, Saints, Panthers and now I think Tampa with Winston could be a contender

I just can't understand why the rest of AFC East each year has no answer to Brady and the Pats :pfft:
Yeah, the rest of that division gave up a long time ago. I'm afraid we will be stuck with NE winning the division until Brady is gone.

I really like the Falcons chances.

They certainly have looked good in the playoffs so far. However, NE is a whole other animal. Brady and the O can put up points on any team and the Pats D may be the best D the Falcons will see this post season. I'm just hoping for a good close game. I don't want the SB to end in a blow out.

I'd love it if the Falcons drop 50 on the Pats :lol

South is always good?
Didn't Carolina just have a home playoff game with a losing record just a few years ago?

Could be a fun game, but given how both conference games went, despite impressive looking performances by both of the losers in prior games, this could end up being a rout one way or the other. As a life-long Saints fan, I'm supposed to wish nothing more than Atlanta to get crushed. . .but, I hope they win. Their fans deserve a chance to celebrate a championship. The Pats fans have had more than their fair share. But one more championship and it's that much harder to argue against Belichick and Brady as the greatest coach/QB combination in modern times.

The experts already linking Brady's possible SB win to revenge for DeflateGate and Godell

And if the Falcons win then what..:lol

Seriously, analysts shouldn't even start this crap until the Pats actually win :slap

The context was what was different last week and I said a rookie QB. A rookie Dak is not Matty Ice.

Until this season Matty Ice wasn't Matty Ice. 1 playoff win and a lot of late season chokes don't make you Ice. That being said I am rooting for them... I DO NOT want to see New England win another one.

I feel this is a must win for Falcons..I don't think ( despite how this season was for the NFC South ) they are going to easily dominate the division next year, there is too much going on in the NFC South every season.

I feel Saints and Bucs will be better next season, Panthers won't be as bad and the unpredictability of the division leaders in the NFC South will be changed again.

The AFC East has proven to be a gimme division to the Pats in the Brady /Belichick era , so Brady and the Pats still can show up at the SB at least another two or three seasons.

So don't panic Boston if Brady doesn't win this one.

But Atlanta could be rare

If the Falcons don't win, at least they have a nice new fancy place to play in next year

:lol

:exactly:

Ryan wishes he could have a season with a division like the AFC East every year like NE, but we all know the NFC South is different each year.

Look for Bucs to make a possible run next season :lecture

So what the heck is up with the rest of the Patriots division? It’s like they are not even trying to win. I mean the best QB the other 3 teams have rolled out since 2000 is probably Ryan Tanahill….. Ryan Tanahill…. are you kidding me? Is Kraft paying off those other 3 owners because there is no way they can all be that pathetic for that long on their own can they? The Pats can basically guarantee a 5-1 division record every year and that’s a heck of a good start for the playoffs. Its’ almost an embarrassment.

I don’t want to demine the Pats because as much as I hate them they still have done something special with this run and I doubt it will happen again in the NFL but man you just have to think if they had ANY kind of difficulty in their division could they have kept on this long? Oh well. Go Falcons.

It is a mystery before the Brady era, not even counting the 80's but I remember the AFC Bills with Flute and the Jets with Tevestaverde for example were a force in the AFC past , the Dolphins were pretty much dead in the water after Marino and unstable but that defense with James Taylor and Zack Thomas kept them in sync before Brady's success.

Ricky Williams was a turning point for Miami as well.

It makes no sense why these owners of the Jets, Bills and Dolphins don't want to spend the dough to get better GMs and better coaches that know how to develop a team to give Belichick a run :dunno

It's like you say ..they have given up competing against Kraft
