Saints, unbelievably, almost lost that game after going up by 35 at one point. Reminiscent of many times in the past when the go way up and then just stop playing while the other team catches up. One of the most insane games I remember seeing. 8 turnovers, 4 defensive touchdowns, 2 pick 6s by linemen.

Ezekiel Elliot's suspension restored. Dallas, you should have gone 4-1 before his six game suspension, losing two very winnable games to the Rams and the Packers.

This entire suspension is a joke. Just do what we all know is coming and reduce it to 2 games and let him pick the two easiest games to sit out and end it all ready.

This is the courts doing. It really the public's fault IMO. They cries about all the other ones that happened before so now they have to try and prove a point. Goodell cant win either way .

Maybe but they got so much pressure from public on previous ones that people didnt think they were tough enough so they finally went that way.

I mean I am not sure the first assault happened but he had other issues that could be considered sexual assault that they had to do something.

I know it's the court's doing, but Goodell seems to overstep his bounds without rhyme or reason. The Giants kicker was suspended two games last year for domestic abuse that he admitted to. Ezekiel Elliot gets six games for things that have not been proven.

I'm not trying to be a homer and by no means am I defending domestic abuse or sexual assault, the problem is how punishment is levied arbitrarily.

As Darth Madden said, suspend Elliot two games.

Well there is 100% proof of sexual assault by Elliot, and that IMO a large part of the 6 games. He did pull a woman's top down in public. All you have to look at her reaction to know it wasn't consensual.

And yes they had the Josh Brown suspension, which he was hammered for. Elliott in part is paying for that but he had 2 or 3 incidents in a short period of time which arent helping his case.
