If Bret Favre were to play with the Lions next year, and take them to the Superbowl, he would forever be my NFL Hero and nobody would ever be able to hold a candle to him in the league again.

Not because I like the Lions. But because simply doing that with a team like the current Lions would require that the Quarterback be nothing less than the physical embodiment of the Lord Almighty's very own Right Hand.

Allen has a big day
Favre is protected.

All pretty easy things, they just need to be done. (vikes play like carolina and AZ it's all over, i'm assuming they've learned from it)

This looks like a pretty generic recipe for ANY team to win a footbal game.

Running back has a decent day (no fumbles)
Secondary don't get torched
Defensive Lineman has a big day
Quarterback is protected.

The Detroit Lions would get to the Superbowl with those areas covered.

Yeah, but they're all bandwagoners. Game wins 2 games in a row, then it's basically unbeatable in the eyes of most of those people. Until they lose, then they're garbage that a college team could come in a wipe the floor with. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Minnesota gets the win against the 'Boys.

Right, i'm captain obvious, but sometimes that needs to be pointed out in this day and age.

But the secondary is a problem for the vikes.
Best running back in the league (he just has butterfingers)

Allen has been kinda quiet as of late.(was playing big)
And the O line has had problems of late.

Basically if the Vikes play average(in those areas) and get back to form they win IMO

And with that, I'm off to sleep in prep of cheering for big game tomorrow. For Arizona fans, it doesn't get bigger than this; we're certainly not used to 2nd round playoff contenders two years in a row.

I have no idea how tomorrow's game is going to go, all I know is I ain't betting against them and will probably bet the over.

With the Cardinals playing, ANYTHING can happen. It may be a blow out either way, or it may be another OT, who knows? Looking forward to it.

NFL Division Round Weekend Boyz!​

For me, this is the biggest weekend in sports annually.

My Predictions:

Saints over Cards

Colts over Ravens

Dallas over Vikes

Chargers over Jets

Whats funny is I think only one game I am very sure about and thats the Chargers game.

The Saints/Cards who the hell knows. Which Cards team will show up? Can the Saints hit the reboot button? I think I am kinda leaning towards the Cards.

Colts/Ravens who the hell knows. We all know what the Ravens got they can play D and they can run the ball. Can Indy get restarted after not playing a meaningful game for what a month? Kinda leaning towards the Colts

Dallas/Minn who the hell know. Is Dallas for real? Can they get pressure on Farve? Minn can there OL and DL get back to playing good? If they get to much pressure on Farve will turn back into the real Farve and throw a few INTs? Kinda leaning towards Minn only because is not on grass.


The Reason I think the SD/Jets is a easy pick for SD is to many weapons. Revis may be able to take on out but thats one. Who is going to cover the other 6-5 receiver? Who will cover 6-4 Gates? I expect the the Jets to blitz but I think they can stop that with some screens and Sproles can break those for 6. Sure I expect the Jets to be able to run the ball but I don't see how they can score enough points to win.

wow. wish I could hit that money line! even if you're not totally sold on them thats a great bet. I think the Cards will either win or loss by more than 10.

If I was able to bet on this game I wouldn't be bothered with the point spread.
