Damn, the Colts D spends all game working their asses off, and this bum walks in there and negates all of it in a couple of possessions.

Well, I guess it could be worse. The Bears have been going through that for years.

That fumble could be a good thing. He seemed like he was worried to make a mistake. Now it's well I made a mistake let's just play and he isn't looking to bad.

That drive was nuts. And if Troy was just a couple milliseconds faster on a couple plays in that drive, the game would be over, but. . .it ain't!

Need some Fantasy advice.

Assuming Britt is out next week, does anyone think Washington will be Hasselback's top target next week with Johnson playing the way he is?

I'm thinking of picking up of Nate Washington (Ten. WR) or Danarius Moore of Oak. (Chime in Oak fans.)

Win or not , everybody including the anaylists got to give Indy's defense credit, they took it to Big Ben and came up short. :clap:clap

:dunno

It's not Mcnabb's fault it's the owners stubbornness to hire a quality head coach, A quality head coach would've revamped the defense the minute Favre decided not to come back, it's like the disaster that Fox is facing heading into Denver after the horror that idiot Daniels created.

It's the same with that moron Childress made in Minnisota, Fraser is too nice, like Wade, they need somebody like Denny Green motivating them again.

I would hate for Mcnabb to end his career in that loser organization.

Can somebody tell me why Minnisota didn't approach Jeff Fisher, he can really turn that team around. :gah:

Let me break it down for you:

1. Childress was fired after the 10th game last year. Frasier stepped in and finished 3-3 including an impressive win at Philadelphia in Sunday Night Football. He showed dignity, composure and command of the locker room when everything went wrong last year including the dome collapsing. He can be a so called “quality coach” although it’s too early to tell.

2. A “quality head coach” doesn’t always make decisions on how to revamp a defense. That’s usually done by a good GM or player personnel guy. We don’t have one. Rick Spielman pretends to be that guy but hasn’t drafted well outside of the 1st round for some time. That lack of depth is hurting us right now. But I guess you wouldn’t know that since you pull assumptions out of your ass, Mr. NFL.

3. Frasier is too nice? Really? Do you know what he does behind closed doors? Don’t let a calm, public demeanor cloud your judgment of how an individual acts when not in front of the cameras. It’s been written in our local papers that Frasier has a "ship up or I’ll cut you" mentality in the locker room. Just ask our starting left tackle Bryant Mckinnie who showed up at 390 lbs. His ass was cut.

4. Denny Green? Really? You mean the same guy who should have been fired for his playoff failures in the early to mid 90s? You mean the guy who threatened to sue the ownership if they didn’t sell the team to him as he wrote in his book in 1997 while still coaching the team? The only reason that clown stuck around so long was the drafting of a rookie named Randy Moss and the magical 1998, 15-1 season. By 2001, Denny all but begged to be fired. Of course, you wouldn’t know this because you’re a **** talker who doesn’t know the word “research” before posting.

5. The Vikings are a “loser organization?” Really? How old are you? Were you born after 2009? They were one play away from the Super Bowl in the 2009 NFC Championship game against the Saints. That’s 8 NFC Championship games and 4 Super Bowl losses. I can think of worst organizations out there. You seem to have this mentality of “what did you do for me yesterday” instead of looking at the big picture. Here’s how the NFL works in the salary cap/revenue sharing era. A 4-12 team can rise to a 12-4 team within a 3 year period. It’s called the NFL cycle. Open up a book sometime, you’ll be surprised what type of information is contained in there.

As far as Denver is concerned I just have to say is it Tebow time yet :impatient:

He’s 3rd string. :slap

Exactly, that's why he's not coaching them anymore. Raiders got lucky with a healthy ( key word " Healthy " Run DMC! But sooner or later raider nation has to realize they need Campbell to win the games for them and that's were it could fall apart. :slap

He’s a serviceable QB and getting better.

I was thinking(and kind of hinted at) the EXACT same thing.

He just seems like he's rambling on and on about crap. :dunno

He’s just another big talker who can’t back up his stench on this board with the facts.

Jets and Ravens, now that's what I call Sunday night Football!

Might be the first accurate statement you’ve made.

By the way, it's Minnesota not Minnisota. Spell check is your friend.

Eat some meat and potatoes and come back when you want to play with the big boys. :lol:rotfl:lol

Except for the fact that the Jets suck. They are a 1-2 team wearing a 2-1 record. The Ravens will beat them easily.

Washington will be the #1 in Tenn....Moore is still a #3/#4 in Oakland. Go with Washington.

His posts have been sketchy since he started posting in the NFL thread. Rampant misspellings and posts about...nothing, essentially. Definitely filler material.

Btw Seattle Sucks! Caroll you should know by now that the QB wins games, why didn't you keep Matt Hassleback, all you had to do was restructure the offensive line and defense around him. :lecture

Hasselbeck.

That was pathetic! so many injuries to the gmen and it only took three key players to beat the entire Rams team, they being Manning who sucked tonight, Jacobs and Tuck for defense.

That team has gone down hill since Mike Marks left! :gah:

But no Warner, Faulk, and Holt, yeah I know it's been a long time since those guys, but man I miss " The Greatest Show On Turf " :slap

That would be Mike Martz.

I'll admit that Pat's Defense isn't the same as the Mcguiness/Bruschi/Milloy era, but as long as you got Belichick and Brady, and Manning is on the shelf, they'll win the the division.

Is that a new beer? Or were you referring to Willie McGinest?

Win or not , everybody including the anaylists got to give Indy's defense credit, they took it to Big Ben and came up short. :clap:clap

Analysts. Again, as SixMillionDollarMan Guy said, spell check is your friend.

I'm not trying to pile on here. I myself don't post that often in the NFL thread (so many other sports sites to post one's opinions, so I primarily post on the Sideshow Collectors site to discuss collectibles), but when you post every few minutes with fluff and misspellings, you leave yourself open to criticism. And when you post every few minutes, it look like you are padding your post count. You could easily make several comments in one post.

Also, I'm positive a majority of the NFL players and coaches will tell you it's HARD to get a win in the NFL, no matter who the opponent is. When you dismiss Dallas' come behind victory on the road in San Francisco because the Cowboys were playing the 49ers, or the Bills victory against NE because the game was played in Orchard Park, NY, it belittles the teams' achievement, and subsequently your knowledge of game.

I am not necessarily ready to think that Detroit has shaken the perennial loser monkey, but I will say that the have shown some argument in that direction so far this year.

The loser lions would have NEVER won that game today.

A LOT of people were laughing when Ndamakong Suh said Detroit would go 16-0 this season. Obviously, Detroit won't go 16-0 this season, but Suh was on to something about the competitiveness of his team.

Yes, that's true. I'm all for getting as many people on this thread as possible. But some of his posts are unnecessary.

On to the NFL, I'm actually looking forward to seeing a surprise 2-0 Washington team play Dallas tonight.
