Well last week we got a heavy dose of Tebow headlines, now we're going to get a week of Alex Smith headlines! :lol even with the results of the tomorrow's packers/giants game.

The only thing I think that can stand toe to toe with Smith's highlights is the Texans making it into the AFC Championships with a third string QB! :lol

Yeah, this isn't the Brady we saw with the one and done the past 2 seasons. Hard to not favor them to go to the SB now. They look good.
Indeed. They are certainly showing that they belong at the SB.

5 TDs in a half lol
I know. It's just crazy. It's as if the opposition doesn't belong there, but Denver clearly earned the opportunity to play here. They're just....not...there.

Go Texans!!! :D

This is so funny after seeing everyone jump on the Tebow bandwagon this week! :lol :lol :lol
I think folks were actually starting to believe that there was some kind of supernatural force at play. It seemed so unbelievable that they could win like they did last week. But now. . .reality sets in. Tom Brady is an all-time great QB. Tebow can't even throw a decent spiral half the time. When Brady is on, I think he beats Tebow 9/10 times. I don't care what the defenses look like.

If they don't pressure Brady and just sit back in that passive zone D he's going to put another 35 up on them. Belichick does not believe in letting up just because he's up multiple scores.

Hey, a Steelers team ravaged by injuries to key positions at home vs a healthy Patriots squad on the road makes a world of difference. To the casual fan it's just "they beat the Steelers", but I think people who actually watch the games kinda figured this was going to happen. Now if they come back and win then yeah, I'd buy into Devine intervention helping them, but not after last weeks game.

Everyone, especially in Denver, started to believe the hype. :lol

Then suddenly, like you said, reality sets in. :yess:

Absolutely worked. The magic show is over. :lol

Time to work on that defense in the draft, Denver. I still think Tebow is a good enough player to work around, but you need a defense that would force the other team to punt at least once in a while. I've been harping on how bad the Denver d on third downs is for the past 2 months. Really atrocious.

On other note, Brady is the man. 2nd best QB ever behind Montana. Manning is nothing to Brady.

Oh and I am glad I caught the end of the Niners/Saints game. That was awesome.

It's the same Brady....the difference is the defense he's facing and the other team's offense this year versus the defenses he faced in the past 2 playoff appearances.

Kudos to Smith today, but he might have to go against an actual defense in the Giants next week or get shredded by Rodgers.

Until he makes it through that, I still question him as the franchise qb for the niners.

But still a great performance, Niners deserve it!

The Ravens and Jets did have good defensive plans, but Brady, especially in that Ravens loss, just didn't seem in those games. I think this might be the best he's looked in a post season game, ever.

What do you think we will see first..

1. Brady taking a rest
2 Brady Quinn as QB for the rest of the game

:rotfl
