Rex Ryan walked into a good situation withy the Jets (defense) and has, over a 4 year span, destroyed it. I can't believe its been 4 years already. Rex, stick around as long as you want!

Love,

Dolphins Fan

:exactly:

Rex took over a pretty good set up in 2009 and thanks to the Colts laying down got them into the playoffs when they shouldn't have been. The 2010 team was loaded from the cap-less season. Ever since then they've been a joke and it's getting worse.

I don't know if Woody Johnson really has it in him to blow it up, but that's what this franchise needs. However, if they want to keep the current course I won't complain too much.:)

I haven't followed the Jets too closely, but wasn't "Mangenius" run out of town after having a similarly brilliant start that crumbled pretty quickly? Maybe the Jets should just hire a new guy every two years.

They were 4-12 in '07 and then went 9-7 in Fredo's last season. At the time it seemed like a panic move by Tannenbaum to keep his own job by bringing in a new coach.

If the Jets really want to move on Rex, Tanny, and Sanchez all need to be gone.

Couldn't pick 2 more hatable QBs...

Oh I see Foles is starting. I bet PHI actually wins this one depite Andy Reid.

The Eagles may have the worst secondary in the history of the NFL. No way they win anything. :lol

Seriously it's that bad and frankly unbelievable when you name the players they have.

DREAM TEAM!!!

:lol

Does DeSean Jackson still drop balls at the goal line?

I'm seriously wondering how Nnamdhi Ashomuga has fallen so far. He used to be the best shutdown corner this side of Darrelle Revis.

For someone who was just good he has a lot of franchise records.

That says more about the level of his predecessors and how the game has changed over the years.

Example: Plunkett was a really good QB during his time but by today's standards he would be equivalent to a Trent Dilfer type QB....great defense and running game and QB is needed to just manage the game....and not lose it.

So, quite a few suspensions handed out today. Who knew so many NFL players suffered from ADHD?:monkey3

I will say I wasn't shocked by Jermaine Cunningham's name coming out. The guy came into camp in unbelievable shape and has easily been having the best year of his career. So what was the adderall covering for?

Babin gone, next should be Asoma....ahhh **** it. I can't spell his damn name. The big time shut down corner, that can't shut down anything. :lol

Five weeks in a row now, a quarterback has done this against the Eagles: Complete at least 64 percent of his passes, throw two or more touchdowns, throw zero interceptions and pass for 200 yards.

Five weeks in a row now, a quarterback has had a passer rating of 120 or higher against the Eagles.

Only one other NFL team in history – the 1984 Vikings – can claim those nightmarish accomplishments.

Five weeks in a row now, the Eagles’ secondary has looked like an unprepared, undisciplined, overmatched, disinterested mess.

On second thought, maybe let them play. They will make history as the WORST secondary in the history of the NFL. :lecture

Nicely done you bunch of jackal madonnas. **** you! :wave

Another awesome statistic. The Phillies have a more recent win. That's right the Phils. :rotfl

Yeah, I miss Sean Taylor. I loved how he played the game....kind of like an Ed Reed/Brian Dawkins hybrid. I can't comment too much on his personal life. I know he was sort of a thug when he was younger, but alot of people say he changed after the birth of his daughter. I'm not one to judge, but they say the past comes back to haunt you. RIP ST21.
