I understand the players only having maybe split seconds to make a decision in regards to, well, everything during the game. But hits and checks especially. However, I think Rome very well knew that his hit would be a blindside. And I think he could have done something to avoid it. So, in my opinion, being banned from games is probably a proper punishment when the threat of injury from that hit can be extremely severe.

So sick of seeing all these poseurs here in Toronto rockin Canucks apparel, mostly women too...stupid stupid stupid.."like OMG and Lululemon is from Vancouver too!! yay!!". XD

Actually saw a tramp at Walmart tonight when i went to pick up Clone Wars season 1 for $29 on dvd since i got the night off work, she was wearing a torn, open neck vintage Canucks shirt and tight lululemon pants, friend also rocking the same pants...hot dumb chicks that probally only know two players on the team...they are all over the map here.

i think we got a few of those people in this thread.

I am very interested to see where tonight's game goes. If Boston kills Vancouver again tonight, then I know it will be over for the Canucks. Only because I will be sure that Boston is working harder, and getting the puck where it needs to be.

What bothers me the most about the Canucks is that they hardly ever take one-timers. They just worry so much about making the perfect pass that they lose out on just shooting it at the net.

For me they have not overtaken the flyers or caps, but I will say I went from not really caring who wins to really hoping the bruins win. Maxim Lapierre is as big of a douche as they come.

Don't get me wrong I absolutely hate Boston but Luonogo is the most overrated player coming into the playoffs.

I believe Luongo will start game 5, but if he sucks again quickly, C. Schnieder's in like flint.

Oh absolutely. At this point I believe they just got really lucky for the first two games. They are toast. I can't see them getting themselves out of this mess. Boston is proving to be the bigger team, and they aren't being pushovers. Looks like Vancouver is losing their focus. They seem scared and can't get their s**t together.

I'm so pissed at everything the players and coach of Vancouver are saying after their abysmal games 3 & 4... "oh we just need to shoot more, put more pressure on Thomas, make more plays on the net..." etc etc, blah blah bitty blah.

If you've KNOWN what the problems are all along, FIX THEM. These problems should already have been addressed after Game 3, after having their ***** handed to them. The Canucks need to quit talking, pull their heads out of their ***** and play proper hockey.
