I despise the Pens, but you're 100% right. The job he did with the MAJOR injuries they have is nothing short of amazing.

They went out and got Neal and Kovalev, plus they have a deep team with talent that can carry that offense on any given night. Other teams have had as many, if not more injuries and have managed to stay afloat with far less talent & acquisitions. Regardless, he'll get the award since the Pens are Bettman's team.
