That hit on Lars Eller, while clean, was also brutal. Nice move Raphael Diaz, passing the puck to a player with an incoming Senator barring down on the guy... sheesh.

Eric Gryba shouldn't get suspended for the hit. His shoulder was down. It was more-so how Eller drops face first on the ice that causes the injury to his face (broken nose).

As for the Washington Capitals game, I didn't watch it, but I was pleased to see Mike Green getting the primary assist off of Alexander Ovechkin's powerplay marker.

Back to the Ottawa game... How does Montreal lose 4-2 when they have 50 shots, 27 of those coming in the second?

Crosby returns tonight. Poor Isles. A Crosbyless Pens crushed them... Having said that, Sidney seems to have bad luck against this team. lol

Back to the Ottawa game... How does Montreal lose 4-2 when they have 50 shots, 27 of those coming in the second?

They can call up the Devils for a support group. It seems every game this year the Devils outshot their opponents like 35-11, and would lose 2-1.

That leaves Tyler Kennedy out. Ouch!

You know your team is stacked when you play a former 30 goal, 65 point forward, and a guy who went 10-7-4-11 for your team during the regular season on the fourth line, and healthy scratch a former 21 goal and 45 point 26-year-old forward... Even without James Neal in the lineup. lol

Well in fairness the 1st was a open net tap in, but hey right place right time. I'd worry about embarrassed/frustrated isles taking a cheap shot as the game goes on.
