The whole year, the Leafs did an atrocious job of clearing the zone. Last night they almost gave up two goals at the end of the game, tonight they did, because they don't know how to clear the zone.

And jeez, those faceoffs.

But I'm surprisingly not too broken up about it. I am a little, since they got my hopes up, but this seems like a Leafs way to go.

And considering how young the team is, this actually bodes well for the future, and not even in the "There's always next year" type of way.
