Because of one thing? How many superstars have made dumb decisions? How many teams have been at fault for things? Seriously, this happens. You can't condone a guy for one thing. I am even over the Ovechkin/Gonchar thing. I just am in the liberty to dislike the guy because he goes against the fabric of what being a Pens fan is all about... hehe

Nah dude I also mentioned that I never liked the "goofy ass", he's arrogant too. I like Crosby and all in all like the Pens but Malkin is a punk. Tonights event just solidified it for me. Like I said before I never really cared who won the cup so it makes no difference to me.

Regardless of my opinion game 3 and 4 are HUGE for the Pens. It should be interesting to see what tensions arise in game 3.

Not what I meant... I was upset okay. My Moose just lost despite giving up a 3-1 lead into the third period and messed up on not only 1 5 on 3, but two.

I do love this Pens team and hope they win, but more than ever... I want a Moose Cup. I already witnessed two Stanley Cups for my Pens. I never have witnessed a championship in Winnipeg. Last time they won a title (the then Winnipeg Jets) was the Avco Cup in 1979 against a young Edmonton Oilers team.

It will be interesting to see how things carry over for game three. The pens got outplayed horribly last year in the first two games and came back to make it a pretty good series. They have been outplayed at times, but also have had some bad bounces. These things happen in hockey, but I for one do not think this series is anywhere near being over. Lets see if we can get some momentum back at home

The NHL shows more bias for the Pens. Malkin was given an instigator penalty which carries an automatic 1 game suspension. The NHL has decided to waive that for Malkin...it's unreal how much they favor the Pens. Only a Pen could get an automatic suspension waived.

The NHL does choose its ambassadors unfortunately, ever since it became a business (Thanks to Wayne) they DO protect their "chosen ones" If its all about money there is no need to "let them play"

I am not talking about an all out "conspiracy" either .............. just the powers that be altering the game as they see fit. I believe the same thing happened to the Oilers in 06' too.

Whatever Kit.. you need to remove your Pens envy for once. Yes, as stupid as it is there is a rule that says you can get suspended for 1 game for instigating and your coach gets a fine. Just as stupid as this rule is, there is an even a more stupid stipulation that says the league can decide to waive the suspension if they believe the other team was not sending a message. There have been multiple cases where they did not suspend the player or fine the coach. More cases than not the league does nothing. A lot of it depends on the player and if they are a repeat offender. Is that fair? No. But, thats the way it is. If it was Z going after Malkin guaranteed he would not be suspended either.

It was toward the end of the game and there was a scrum in front of the net. Hank pushed Talbot down and Malkin went to defend his teammate, its hockey get over it..

You know your team is good when Franzen is scoring at a 100 point pace and Cleary, a checking line forward has just as many points as the Pens No. 3 scorer. lol

Wings were the team that was destined to win! What has changed from this Final from last? Same Wings team + Hossa on their side....

You don't have two dominate forwards like Crosby and Malkin, but who needs to when your momma and your grandmomma is even scoring for your team! This Wings team is tits HOT!
