My only grip (which to me looks like) The Basic only comes in White and the Premium only comes in Black?? What if I want the Premium, but want it in white?

Thats a very good point you bring out for me it was black all the way I like the white but it will get dirty probably

I guess Im so used to white since my 360 is white and my Wii is white. Id have gotten a white PS3 if it was available, but oh well.

Considering that Nintendo is trying to appeal to casual audiences who might not feel the need for massive storage capacity right away, it wouldn't surprise me much if the basic version sold very well.

Will the Hard Drive be able to be upgraded like the PS3 and 360? If so I may just go with the 8 GB and upgrade at a later date. If not, then I guess its the 32 GB.

Im thinking Im going to go to my local Gamestop and pre-order it if they are taking Pre-orders. That way I can chip away at it till release and it wont hurt so bad on the wallet.

Toys Are Us and Best Buy have preorders up. You can do release day in store pickup with BB. BB is charging full price now though. I got a preorder in at Gamestop earlier and they said they were only doing it for 2 days since they expect limited numbers come launch day.

edit: I'm not sure if your charged now or not if you preorder with BB but at checkout it shows the full amount. I know most places don't charge you on preorders until they are in stock or ship.

I'm waiting for Amazon to throw it up. As a prime member I can get free release day delivery.

I know I said I wasn't gonna get one day one but the conference earlier and the price and it being so close to release... I can't resist. I don't wanna miss out on the fun of having it first day.

EDIT: November the 18th is a sunday so that means no place will have release day delivery. It'll be the monday after or Amazon has the very rare instance of sending them early and they arriving a day or two before release day... Hmm. Do I take the chance?

Amazon has an issue with Nintendo and have nit sold their consoles or handhelds first hand in months. Something to do with a lot of 3DS returns.

You won't be able to get release day delivery since its released on a Sunday. Monday at the earliest if they do. UPS/FedEx don't deliver on Sundays.
