Nintendo not at E3? What?? I figured they would atleast showcase some new games coming soon.

Doesn't hurt to call Nintendo, they have the best customer support in the business! If you have to send it in, you'll be without your Wii U for a while though. <insert joke about the Wii U not having any games here>

Thanks for the advice I contacted customer service and she said her gamepad also had buttons that wobbled. Seeing it works and the button has not literally fallen off I will hang on to it. If it gets worse in the latter i will contact Nintendo to get it repaired.

I haven't been using my Wii U much with the lack of games and the temptation to try previous wii titles, it seems the wii is winning in the last few months since i got my nintendo I purchased: Donkey Kong Country Returns, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Rayman Origins, Sonic Colours, and am getting Skyward sword today.

Hopefully in the near future i will pick up Wind Waker, Mario Kart, the update to New Mario Bros U, Rayman Legends and the rumoured 3D Mario update and new Zelda HD title to make more use of my gamepad.

if i cannot replace the gamepad worst case scenario, I don't think it will be worth the money to pay for repairs, so i will purchase the basic white version and keep the black wii u as a spare.

Well I wasn't going to pick up a Wii-U for awhile, but I have been cleaning out my things at my parents house and found a bunch of dvds around 100 so I went and traded them in to Hastings. Figured I would get about 150 for them. Well I got 500+ so I immediatley bought a Wii U and New Super Mario Bros U I am so pumped! haha Bring on Pikmin 3 Mario Kart and Zelda Wind Waker!

Im itching for my of the NES/SNES games to be upgraded for the Wii U. Ive been wanting to hit Final Fantasy VI again, but I want to wait till I can play it on the Game Pad, but who knows how long thatll be...

Im really itching for the new HD Zelda too. Definitely going to pick up Wind Waker when that is released to tide me over for awhile. Wish it was Twilight Princess that was getting the HD treatment though.

I find it strange that Nintendo has this nice Miiverse community, but no real achievement system whatsoever. I'm by no means an achievement "whore" But I do enjoy them, and it would be fun if Nintendo implemented them somehow. Especially with their history, they could come up with me insane ones for their games. Even implement it into their older system games on the virtual console.

Yeah I enjoy them too. Id love to see them implement them, But it seems Big N has a HUGE Ego and God forbid, they follow in the footrsteps of something Microsoft started.

Neither have been released or even announced for Wii U. Super Metroid should hit tomorrow for $0.30.

I mean the original games from the 80s. I had them on my wii but never transferred them to the wii u. I thought, from reading earlier posts that they were available for download.

Nope, they are not available. They haven't been announced for Wii U yet so as of now, your only option is to go into Wii mode and download it from the Wii store. If you didn't transfer your purchases, you'll have to buy them again.
