I have tennis elbow from playing so much tennis with my friend this week.

Seriously :monkey2

Well after getting a few more days of Wii time and getting into some of the other games, I'm in love. Zelda is shaping up to be one of, if not the greatest game of all time (that's saying a lot since I never thought a game could get better than OoT). Super Monkey Ball has 50 mini-games (yes 50). There are a few duds, but there are more than enough great games that are just fun to play. A great party game.

Red Steel is a lot better than I thought it would be after the reviews it got and the multiplayer in that is a lot of fun too.

I hate Wii sports. I can't tell you how many hours of Zelda have been taken away becuase I can't stop playing Wii sports! It's so addicting and fun as hell. Multiplayer tennis is insane. Make sure there's a lot of room for all those swinging arms.

Good to hear everyon'es loving their Wii! 2 weeks to launch over here... but the one I have on preorder at Amazon's now going to be a Christmas gift from my girl so my wait's that little bit longer...

I WANT ZELDA NOW!!!! :chew :chew :chew

Yes you do! It's amazing. I had such high hopes for this game and it's blown me away thus far. The word is huge thus far and I think I've only scractched the surface.

It's becuase it's the greatest console ever!

There will be plenty of Wii's around this year, you just gotta keep looking. I think most stores are looking at weekly or bi-weekly shipments.

WII wiill be released here in Switzerland on Dec, 7. I have secured mine with a downpayment, can't wait to go pick it up and browse the realms of Hyrule again... :tap

For those lucky ones who have it already, be careful with your controllers, there seems to be a problem with them: OUCH :D

I want WIIIIIIIII:::::||||!!!!
Cannot wait 2 more weeks... I want it now... I think I'm gonna freeze myself...;):rotfl :D
Is anybody gonna help...? Please.... :D

I'll be sure to thaw you out in two weeks :D

I have a question, does Wii have a widesceen option? Reason I ask is because I played my PS2 on my widescreen TV and it looks like crap zoomed in. I keep thinking about getting one but that is a concern for me.

You will forget because you are to busy playing Wii

At least I'd have a good excuse :lol

I'm ready to skip out of work early and get back to Hyrule.

The hardware supports it, but it's up to the software developers to implement, so it varies from game to game. Also, you're probably going to want to order up some component cables which are currently available only from Nintendo directly.

I FOUND a Wii at Walmart.com last night!!!! but.....

It was called the super Wii Pack and you had to buy 8 wii games with it.

Total Cost = $650

I checked again this morning and it was sold out.

Dang it! Just be patient and the weekly shipments will keep rolling in. 250,000 units shipped every week through the end of the year is what I have read. And maybe 100,000 more PS3s each week.

Tom, I might believe 100,000 a week in May, but now? If they could handle that kind of production, they would have had more than 222,000 worldwide for launch (140,000 here, 88,000 in Japan). They were manufacturing these SUPPOSEDLY for over 2 months before the launch. You also have to take in to account that a large portion of the systems will be shipped home to Japan. They lost enough face giving us the majority at launch. Now, I am not expert, but I will be shocked if they can manage 10,000 a week between now and X-mas.

i've heard that there will be regular shipments of wii's from my retail friends. i don't believe anything from sony though and all i've heard about sony shipments are from sony.

Yes, I agree. They are promising more than they can deliver. They hope to get another 600,000 over here in six weeks, but I wouldn't be surprised if they can't manage it.

It's almost official, Twilight Princess is the greatest game of all time. Words can't even describe how big and great this game is. Over 22 hours in and I feel like I'm only a quarter of the way through. So many side quests, such a large world.

And in Wii sports, we have a new Tennis Champion, LOKI!!!!

It seems that some chick named Elisa was the champ. She's a level 2000 and I killed her and her partner. I've played them a few more times, it seems they're the last opponent, and beaten them every time. I'm almost a 1800 level in tennis now.

Getting better at bowling, finally found my spot and release point. I pretty much hover around 1200 and average a tad over 200 with a new high game of 257 today.

Just figured out you can use the D-pad to move pitches inside and outside, makes a world of difference and I had a much better pitching performance because of it. Still, I'm only at 650 for baseball. Go figure, the one sport I've played my entire life.

Golf is good, just not nearly as fun as the others. I'm a respectable 700 in it.

Boxing is just down right hard right now. I'm about a 650, but I barely beat or barely lose at this point and I don't seem to be getting any better. Gotta go do some more training if I wanna reach pro in this sport.

I love my Wii.
