I'm glad it all worked out Mooncat, all you have to do is keep trying when sending e-mails. Its his setup I believe ................ like he said sometimes some e-mails make it into his spam folder.

I believe the last time you had an issue I was able to get through to him for you. If you ever need any help feel free to PM me.

Glad it's sorted Mooncat. I was only messing with the earlier post! They are really trustworthy to deal with. Had an issue with a dodgy arm on my T700 a bit ago so they sorted out a new part direct from Hot Toys. Equally when I've cooled on a particular pre order, they never have issue with me swapping the order or cancelling it. I think they do sometimes have issues with comms but they've never let me down when I've called on them. They're getting new stock in quicker than a lot of HK ebayers too. The only down side is they don't provide tracking on parcels to the U.K so that can be hairy waiting for derlivery...
