Are you doing Weight Watchers? 5 points wouldn't be bad for a meal if you are, and you need protein with every meal.

What are your total points for the day?

The Southwest salad is 320 calories with grilled chicken and 9 grams of fat. The dressing (which I use only half) is 100 calories and 6 grams of fat. So a lunch for me would be 370 calories with 12 grams of fat. Now, other than their kiddie burger, there isn't a burger with less calories and fat.

Yup, I'm doing Weight Watchers. Fast food is usually a lunch time occasionif I do eat out and 5 to 6 points is way too high for lunch for me since I like to save the bulk of my points for my dinner meal. So a 3 to 4 point breakfast and around the same for lunch lunch (and 1 to 2 point snacks) is what I'll consume in order to have at least 10 points for dinner. I have 22 points limit now (but that will be going down to 21 soon).
