Hot, older women don't always want younger guys. If they don't, they're not cougars. A cougar will actively seek out younger guys for fun or relationships.

A woman with kids that young guys think is hot and simply wants to screw is called a MILF.

Now a Hot Teen is what porn sites call any woman under the age of 30.

Honestly, they're almost interchangeable despite their origins. I'd say Milf is more about a woman who has filled out abit, regardless of child status. She can't be fresh out of high school and she can't have gray hair, but it is more of a body thing. It refers to the common observation that women tend to grow a bust size or two as well as adding a few pounds after childbirth. Cougar is more of an age marker past what could pass for a Milf, and an overall higher libido. It can be switched out with the dreaded "mature" label if she's not conventionally attractive. She doesn't necessarily need to be going after younger men, but she has (or thinks she has) the energy and charm to get one. It has nothing to do with her having kids, but don't be surprised if you're in grandma territory.
