Meanwhile, the Legendary Scale figure nailed it.

yes, it was one of the very first ones. decent likeness. it was made to be displayed with vader.

Gosh, there aren't many good ones of him left out there... the Mythos was crazy epic but also crazy expensive now. And the diorama with him and Anakin in ROTS was quite meh at best... hope SSC does another PF of him soon, but that's just wishful thinking on my part really...

actually I like to see Obiwan, Han, Leia and luke done by HT in 1/4 .. they get the faces just outstandingly well

Mythos actually came down quite a bit when the 2nd group hit. Not sure current prices, but still decent last time I checked.

This looks very good, but I think I was spoiled from seeing the proto, with that semi-translucent paint job. I mean, Obi's skin looked extremely realistic. This, by comparison, looks like he's wearing makeup.
