I think HT's muscle torso is the way to go:

I'd Say he's Toned, not ripped, and CERTIANLY not as big as the dutch muscle body with the Ahnold beefy muscles

Of all the pics you could have used, you find one from a film that is almost 8 years old and not indicative of the film this figure will be based on. Dutch body maybe not, but certainly not just a true type.

I feel odd talking so in depth about a person's muscles.

actualy, I know hugh bulked up a bit for the film, but i went with one that was more natural for a reason. in my pic, and in yours, we can see that he's not got Massive muscles. again, he's very toned, but he's not this huge rippling mass of pectorals that the muscle body would potray him as. this one in particular ilustrates my point.
Jackman has what you could cal " very dense muscle mass" He's not a big dude, by any means. the regular muscle body would be about right for sabertooth, IF hot toys decides to put him on a rubber body, Hopefully they'll do a slimmer, more densely packed one for him.

Regardless, for me he's going on a regular truetype.

Think i'm gonna transplant all my medicom marvel figures to truetypes at this point too. Tired of them breaking.

I wish Hot Toys would develop a new body for Wolvie, but that is doubtful.

The Dutch body is inappropriate for this character, but if the wolverine figure is going to look the same size (in the wifebeater) as the HT Superman figure, there will be a problem. The regular true type will not do.

I think the muscle body used for the rocky figure is about the right size for jackman.

If The Joker is any comparison I'm pretty sure we'll be getting more than 1 version of Wolverine. Logan with Jacket and Weapon X. Maybe even a Weapon X DX.

I think a slightly modified Rambo muscle body would work well for a vest-wearing Wolverine, it's vascular enough to pass for how he looked in the latest film. Dutch body wouldn't work, way too big in the chest.
I hope that at least we get something similar to what HT did with the Clubber Lang figures, one figure with the rubber muscle body to display him in boxing attire and one with a normal truetype to have him in street clothes. This way "everybody happy"!!!

This is my WIP custom Wolverine so far!
The jacket is a relic hunter jacket highly modified! I removed the inner lining, the front pocket and damaged it with sand paper and acrylic! I painted the orange bands on the sleeves and add some fake snow!
I need to beef up a bit and made him some claws!
A yes I'm waiting of r his shirt to!

Any of you guys NOT watch the movie yet? :D I for one am waiting :)

I haven't seen the movie either. Although it actually is playing in the theatres over here since yesterday. I'm going to watch it Saturday with some friends :D

I'm really looking forward to seeing the first pictures of the figure! Wolverine is a very cool character.

Even if the movie sucks beyond belief I will at least without the shadow of a doubt get a Jackman Wolverine done by HT.

This actually gives us a great new criteria by which to consider Marvel movies. I'm more concerned right now about what the Cap costume will look like than who's going to play Cap. There's a high probability of the movie sucking but as long as the costume is cool I'll probably have an awesome HT Cap next year.

I'll more then likely collect any main marvel character from HT. So Wolvie sounds great.

Hopefully Thor and Capt make good choices as well (baring the designs)
