Another possibility is Rocky 6 in fight gear and training sweatsuit, maybe with some free weights. Rock 1 or 5 could include a little rig with cow meat to punch.

This is my "final" guess hehe:

MMS DX RAMBO

Rambo 4 full battle damage with weapons wearing black torn t-shirt and black pants.

(2-in-1) M-65 outfit with extra clean sculpt.

MMS DX ROCKY

Rocky 6 full fight gear with robe, shorts and lets say a towel

(2-in-1) Rocky 1 Street Gear outfit with young Stallone sculpt

Watched Balboa today again,made me think of Rocky 6 Fight gear and Street wear,the possibilites are endless because there are 3 movies we yet have any figures from,+ i strongly want a Rocky 4 Beard training Gear.

Imagine a Training 4 figure that comes with the Indoor training clothes and comes with extra Outdoor Jacket,gloves,Snowboots,hat etc...anything you see in that Training sequence,both indoor and outdoor,ah man how nice would that be!

Yeah but you could make that custom, knowing HT's the sculpt will be "Dirty" but not truly battle damaged.

That's what I figure Rambo 6 would be from HT, full gear for the big showdown in Burma, his button down from the boat, his bow, arrows, quiver, machette, sheath, claymore, 50 cal machine gun. In addition, perhaps a BD head with the gunpowder and blood on him.

If it's all clean with no dirty face, I MAY get 2 and make one look like the final battle, we'll see. I don't want HT to do it though if there's only one portrait, I want a clean figure.

This will be HT`s last Rambo figure most likely so why shouldnt they go all out and give us everything?1 Clean sculpt and 1 dirty with pissed off face expression.

Here's my ideal Rambo 4 DX package.

Combat Portrait with bandana, clean
Going Home Portrait without bandana
HT Dutch Muscular body
Black T-Shirt clean
Black army pants
Green/Brown button down shirt
Boots
Jeans
Green army jacket
Shoes
Bow, arrows and quiver
Machette with sheath
.50 cal machine gun with mount
Army duffel bag

If we got all of that, I'd be VERY happy.

For consistency sake, portraits HAVE to be done by Yulli, not a doubt of Kojun's ability, but it'd look like his take, I want all the nice portrait (R2 and FB 1 excluded) Rambo figures to look the same.

Given the implied nature of the DX line, and what I see as somewhat a good knowledge of the films themselves, I think they'd realize the meaning and purpose of Rambo 4 closing the way it did and give collectors the ability to book end their Rambo lineup just like the films.

Yes,
2 reasons.

1) Since I have decided I am getting Part 3 all I would need is a First Blood Part 2 to have all the original movies represented.

2) Rambo 4 is still too new for me to absolutely NEED it. I'm not saying i don't want it, cause i think it would be killer figure no doubt and I would be one of the first to put it on pre-order. But I NEED a red bandanna Rambo in my collection no question. For that reason I would want it more.

Sorry, I don't quite understand the first part to your post. Are you saying First Blood Part 2 is the poorest film of the series, or are you saying the Rambo 2 hot Toys figure is the poorest of the Hot Toys series?

Poorest figure, very rough looking portrait, almost caroonish, and the body color is almost orange and inhuman looking, especially with the other figures in the HT line.

And you're right, for your personal collection, absence of red bandana Rambo is more significant than Rambo 4.

ahhh I see. Although the sculpt is cartoonish, I still find pics of it to be aesthetically pleasing.

I always figured the First Blood figure had the worst sculpt and skin color.

I would love to see a revamp to the whole series besides part 3 and FB Jacket version, yet everybody seems pretty confidant that they wont. The aftermarket values on these guys are so high it would make business sense if they would

As long as the Jeans are a little more baggy than the first M65.

I can actually live with the FB Rambo,but yes another one with a Poncho i wouldnt mind at all,specially if it comes Dirty and bloody on his forehead and arm,plus the little spruce he had on his back.

Thats true.
There really is no must have secondary characters in the Rambo series, either than Trautman and I am quite happy with the one currently released.
