Just got this Jack today. Very happy with it. I used to have the Hot Toys version but this one I like better.

Somehow this sculpt is more appealing to me, the bigger scale does not bother me.

The sculpt is far better than the Hot Toys one, but if you want an ultimate Jack figure, it would be a good idea to keep the Hot Toys version and combine the parts...
(the medicom waistcoat is horrible and the plastic boots seem quite toyish, not to mention the accessories)
