Well I called EB this afternoon and they confirmed they have enough to fill all preorders so I'll be picking mine up after I drop the kids off at school in the morning. Unfortunately like I said earlier, I'm going out of town Wednesday so I probably won't get much playing done. Maybe Saturday night a little and probably after the Dolphins lose again on Sunday because I'll be too pissed off to watch any more football at that point.

It doesn't say anything about gaming consoles specifically, but video games can only be exchanged. If you really want to know then I would call up Best Buy and ask them if you can return the console if it starts to act up, especially with an Xbox 360 they'd probably understand if you were concerned about the console bugging out.

Congrats. I won't be able to get mine til Thursday at the earliest. I picked up a temporary 360 while my red ringed one goes off to be serviced.

Also, I'm pretty sure the Clan function is not included with Halo 3. It may be included in the fall Dashboard update seperate from the game.

Anyone pick up the Legendary Edition? I have it on preorder but want to make sure the helmet is well made and not some cheap piece of crap. A review of it (pictures would be truly welcome) please?

It is awesome!!! It is probably the best collectable that I have received all year. I am not kidding. The gloss on the mask is crazy!

im gonna swing by gamestop on the way to class to pick mine up. sucks because i probably wont be able to play it until sometime this weekend in small increments. i have a 3 page paper to write and a 10 page paper to write before next week. im gonna try to knock out both before saturday though.
