You can play as little or often as you like. This is no highly competitive thing.

Add me to the Clan too. I wont have it until next month though. There was no point in preodering when I will be gone all next week. So while you guys are playing Halo I will be stuck on some damm island all week.

Due to a pretty good response in PM's requesting to take part in the first ever Sideshow Freaks Halo 3 clan I will be sending out friend requests this weekend. I just want to be ahead of the game. You will know my gamer tag when you see it. It is the same as on the boards with a little something extra. More to come.

By the end of the night all who PM'd so far will have had a friend request sent by me. This is just to prep for the game and not for inclusion into the clan yet. That will happen sometime on Monday morning.

Ok here is what I am thinking. Sometime after midnight I will create a clan. Please let me know what you would prefer the clan tag to be. I am thinking it will be limited but want to pay respect to the board. I am thinking either FREA for Freaks or SSF for Sideshow Freaks. What do you guys think. I will also PM Dave to ask thim if this is ok since this is really his board and title. Also I want to make it clear that this will not be an overly competitive clan. So if you are looking for rank and so on this might not be the best place. Purely a place for freaks to get on and have friendly competition. Some of you I allready have on my friends list. If you wish me to send you a friend request and add you to the clan please PM me your gamer tag and on Tuesday morning I will do so. I hope to have this whole thing up and running by Tuesday at Noon. I will be on vacation the entire week and will add any other members that PM me. If you guys have any other ideas I am open to suggestion. This will be a great week for us Halo fans!

I'm not up on the whole clan thing so can someone please explain it to me. What does being a member of a clan actually mean and what do you have to do to set one up. I've heard of clans but mostly they are super competative professional type game players that kick my ass in Gears of War the little I play it on-line. I know some clans recruit people and have full websites etc. Just looking for some more info. Forgive my on-line newbieness.

Anyhow, PM sent. I want to be part of a clan just like Connor McLeod...
