So while we are on the topic of.... Hot Toys making MGS figures....

I am receiving my 1st Medicom figure, a Naked Snake, I was wondering if I could replace the medicom body with a Hot Toys body. anyoen got an idea how hard this would be or if it would even work? Thanks!

The head and neck connection would need some serious modding.

Alos, th ehead will look undersized on the HT body.

Would look even more out of scale I'd imagine, and would still need a good deal of modding on the neck and head connection.

I'm also up for a MGS figure! My wish is for the MGS: Peace Walker version of Naked Snake A.K.A. Big Boss!

This is the scruffy-looking version of him, and there are other photos where we looked more bad-ass!

I think they did. Play Arts has been producing all of the MGS figures for Peace Walker, and so far I haven't seen any Medicom-related Peace Walker stuff. Added to the fact, that Medicom has re-released their old RAH MGS 3 figures; which is a sign that they've lost the license, and just wanted to stretch it to the end.

Medicom merged with Enterbay, so I want to wait & see what Medicom-Enterbay/Enterbay-Medicom can cook up for the Metal Gear Solid line!

I think it's downright insane no one has fully jumped aboard the MGS 1/6 scale detailed figure bandwagon yet. Sure we got a bunch of Snake's from Medicom, which were essentially the same figure with a new set of fatigues and slightly different face paint, and a Old Snake and Raiden where the quality didn't match the price point.

If a company fully took the time to develop a whole line, with how rapid some of us MGS fans are they would be raking in cash by the truck loads, and we would be raking in figures by the truck load. A win/win. They do it right and we get our collectibles they get cash.

I'd have to buy everyone of them. If HotToys or Enterbay gpt the license I'd be in heaven. I also think 3A Toys could do really interesting things with the characters based on Ashley Wood's graphic novels, they already do a bang up job on the WWR stuff.

well, they are re-releasing the medicom figures from a few years ago, but as far as i know, they look like the exact same molds which is stupid seeing as how tech has improved so much now.
