Not a dio, but the figure is massive. While standing on its base its taller than the Berserker Pred. Over 14".

What is the other facial expression he will come with?
a smiling sculpt. The prototype was removed by Hot Toys (though some sites still have it up) b/c it wasn't officially approved by the licenser

Is this figure really worth it!? I haven't collected anything Disney other than Tron. Love the movies, but there is a LOT coming out. How to decide!?

Collect for yourself, if you need convincing to buy something you should pass. Just my 2 cents.
Have to agree. There are many times that I didn't want a figure b/c I actually wanted it but b/c it was popular or it was an impulse buy b/c of in hand pics came out that made it look really good. Then soon enough, after about a month, those figures were sold b/c I didn't want them.
For me, I love the Jack Sparrow character and Johnny Depp so it's an easy buy for me.
IMO, if you initially don't think it's worth it but still buy it, then after you hav it, you'll look at it and eventually not think it's worth it. When I buy I make sure that every time i look at my figures it's a reassurance as to why I bought something that cost 'x' amount and it was worth every penny.

Man, the delay on this is really mind boggling. Initially, I thought it was only the smiling sculpt holding this up, but now I believe it has to be something more problematic since time keeps ticking bye. HT has done a very solid smiling sculpt with their 1st Cannibal Jack release so for that to be the sole reason for this delay would be extremely odd.
The clothes they've done before so that can't be it, same goes for the accessories except the wheel dio, and I don't think that would be the problem either. Any guesses?

Actually...this is the best piece of advice I've heard since I started collecting. I think he's cool, but I don't feel attached to it. I'll live vicariously through those of you who get him and ogle from afar!

True. I'm just saying they probably didn't plan on making a Titanic full of Batman's. Who know's. I just don't want to get stuck paying for this and Supes AND Christmas presents at the same time..on top of just paying for Batman.

My Todd was budgeted as a Christmas present from the parents a few months ago.
It's this Sparrow here that is throwing a kink in my 'master plan'.
