Yes he does!, it's listed in the specs.

Essentially the rudder is to the boat what a cars wheel is to the cars steering wheel, it's the part of the boat that the boats wheel( aka the helm) controls and thus maneuvers the boat.

Stranger Tides Jack based on the photo posted by Bunaldinho is a big improvement on POTC Jack. PERS system aside it just looks better. The dreads actually look grungy lol . POTC Jack will always be a favorite but if the final version looks this good I may never shoot it again .

It's actually just called the "ship's wheel"...
