Is this a possibility? Only asking because the phantom 2nd sculpt is reminiscent of the Indy debacle.

I think it could be possible. In a newsletter from Alter Ego a couple of weeks ago, they gave a shipping update for some products and one was DX Jack Sparrow. This is paraphrasing, but I believe it said something like this, "Dx Jack Sparrow: No definite shipping date but SS has told us sometime in November"

Since normally, US release is about a month or so after HK release, I don't think there's any way for this to start shipping in November if SS doesn't have him when he's released in HK
