Wor-gar, coat is a dark brown. And the thing is, he can wear layers! The materials are all great and just the right thickness, they hang so natural on him.

Valfar, that's what i always had in mind, sparrow top shelf followed by sweeney on the second. Maybe i'll have a whole depp detolf

Interesting. It looks nearing gray in some pics. I was wondering if the coat is weathered or anything, seems like it should not be dark brown but more of a gray-brown, a worn-lighter brown perhaps.

Anyway, appreciate the feedback! Can't wait for my own.... in like a month.

No, I'm not a not a Depp or a POTC fanboy. I was thinking that Sparrow had been done enough already and was thankful that I did not feel compelled to get this one. It's funny how you get hooked in sometimes.

Thanks to that newly revealed alternate headsculpt and all these awesome photos and reviews you guys are posting... I have pre-ordered the DX w/telescope, Witekite's custom kits and a few accessories to go on top of that. Yeah I got it bad, but it feels so good!

Especially now that he has a better chance of scaling well with Davy... my first HT purchase (which I bought as a gift but ended up keeping it anyway)!

Hmm, maybe not brown, it's a strange colour but looks about the same as it does in the films. And yeah it's weathered and that's so well done, looks like he's been through some stuff
