I just got another Flexpay delay email.

Me too. Only until Dec 5th but thats still 2 weeks later than the last email.

Sideshow sent out 23 day notices this past week to non-Flex orders, guess they fell behind updating those, at least you're not paying this weekend and waiting 2 weeks to get him.

And yeah, the wait is excruciating, I'm going nuts waiting for him because I know how fun it'll be when I get him.

I don't care about voice chips either, child toy gimmick to me, but, if you're going to do it, at least do it right.

These "toys" are meant to be displayed and not necessarily played with...what point does a voice box serve? To me it's a gimmick that wont really be used. I'm not a huge fan of PERS but it does serve a purpose with posing, and pics, achieving a certain look. A voice box doesnt do anything for me.

I agree. A voice box does nothing for me as well. I just pose the thing and look at it and maybe occasionally talk to it as I walk by. Don't judge me.

Outside of figure photography, unless you pose the figure pretty close to you, I can't imagine really noticing where the eyes point on display. I find PERS usefull for my purposes but just to collect, I'd probably care less.

Thats how I feel... Especially after having to replace my DX Joker head after PERS broke...I do like it in Sparrow though but on a whole I could live without it.

Question though: Why do you have him with the medi coat? Do you prefer that one over the DX coat?

Cheers! - I chose to use the Medi coat because I think it hangs more naturally and is more acurate in colour to the film. I do like the HT coat though and I will probably swap back at some point.
