I know that there will always be delays but it would have been nice to have this before Christmas. Infact I was expecting to have it by then.

Back when they first announce this figure....

"Release date: End Q2 2011"

Well, unfortunately, it seems like until the product leaves the the HT warehouse, Sideshow can't really give an estimate, and then there are always things that can hold them up after that. I remember we got notices for Will and Davy Jones, and they were held up because of issues at the California docks, so even with an exact time to expect them, we didn't get them for weeks after.

Well, if CSC is indeed getting the exclusive long telescope version as they claim they are then they should have theirs either by the end of this week or next, which they could ship out as early as end of the next week so I could still get him before Christmas.

I wonder if the numbers for the telescope orders are high enough they just couldn't get both versions in a shipment, unless HT production just favored that version first everywhere, not sure I've heard of anyone having him in hand and it being the non-scope version.
