He's very well made and seems free of major QC issues from a production stance, but I do feel that the packaging needs a look at. I know others have posted, and I suffered too, from paint rubbing off the spare head. I little protecive plastic on both faces would have been nice since they just flop around inside the foam and can be rubbed in transit. I find it odd that HT worried about wrapping his dreads but not the faces.

so the 2nd headsculpt has minor paint issue on it or its just the paint rubbing on the box?

Got my DX handset, wristband, and coat in the mail today. The hands work well with posing. The coat is very nicely tailored but something bothers me about it. Can't pin point it yet but I'm not sure if I like it more than the medi jacket I also have. I love the buttons though.

Also, for those who have the whole set, is the black wristband supposed to have two pieces to it? If not, I think TA sent me 2

Small rub near the right side of his jaw our left. On both sculpts I noticed. You can't see it at all though in any pics.

I was out shopping last night and found a barrel for my Jack. It's great! I should have bought two. But oh well. I also found some other great stuff that isn't 1:6 scale that would look so cool behind him, hanging on the wall. So many awesome possibilities.
