Thats interesting actually, a battle damaged T-1000 from Hot toys would be unlike anything they've done before I suspect. How to combine fabric clothing with 'liquid metal' sculpting. Whether to make an entirely once-off body type for a T-1000 thats been cut in half shoulder to waist!

If I showed someone a T-1000 toy (just Rob in a cop suit) they wouldnt care. If I show Arnold, they would go "Woah! Terminator!"

But you're probably talking about generic people, and such people aren't likely to spend $15 on mutliple figures, probaly just one, if that.

Like I said, i think the people willing to shell out $15 per figure and to get all 4 T-800s would be equally willing to do so for T-1000s.

Everyone doesn't love them, they're sitting on a shelf everywhere. Maybe other regions look different but anywhere in MA that sells NECA/McFarlane, other than the collecting nuts like myself, people don't buy the stuff, casual buyers buy very little of it and it sits on the shelf until a big clearance sale.

So are all these figures releasing in June together? Figures look really good, I think I'll buy one of each . I just can't afford Hot Toys anymore, I really think they overcharge for their products.

Wolf, I think just 3 are being released in june? The pescedaro escape, the man or machine one (exposed endo arm) and the endoskeleton

Then the remaining couple of figs are getting released at a later date.

I'm all for this as it means you don't have to blow loads of money on the full set at once! Plus, it would be too much of a good thing

It seems like overkill, but the three Arnold figures are all iconic depictions of the character. I wouldn't be able to choose between them.

The Endo is a whole other entity IMO, so naturally I'd get it.


As for the T-1000 wave, I can see myself buying a standard Robert Patrick version and maybe one of the battle variants. No interest in the Bike Cop though.

There's the bandolier I need for my custom! I hope it's removable.

Update: Nevermind. I just read these are 7 inch scale.

Yeah, definitely, you'd get one then immediately think "Dame I should've got that one" or wish you had it as well.

This is the first time i've ever been interested in an endo figure! I've recently started to love the endo's...was never a fan of them before, it was all Arnie.

Oh yes, the T-1000. I'll definitely get those if they come out. I hope Terminator 1 toys also get made, I really liked that version of Arnold, especially the battle-damage look towards the end of the movie, that would be cool . Today I went out for Salvation toys, and sadly, came out of the store with nothing as they just look bad, just plain bad: well the current ones on the market. I hope NECA or McFarlane pick up Salvation line as well, as I won't be getting the HTs figures .

I'm sure McFarlane are done with Terminator...or seemingly any other non-computer game line. Apparently its a cliche to say that but it happens to be pretty much true. So you'd be talking about NECA which, based on these T2 figures, would not be a bad thing at all.

Not much love for the T-1000 amongst the recent posters in this thread. Maybe CelticP is right that he simply would not be as popular even amongst action figure fans.

Has anyone known NECA to do box sets? If they did then a frozen T-1000 versus battle-damage T-800 w/pistol (for the Hasta la Vista moment) plus some environment pieces would be cool.

NECA used to do box sets...great ones at that. Freddy Vs Jason, Texas Chainsaw The Beginning, Friday part 2....

They havent done any recently....or atleast to my knowlage.
