Yeah, "lying to the internetz" goes in the Plus Column for me.

Since I love analogies, Alien is like a dirty crack hooker full of VD's. No one wants her. She's a gross, infected mass.

Prometheus is like her cousin. Same blood, but not full of crack, and AIDS.

So, people would want her more. And if the Alien Cousin is great at getting laid, then the dirty crack whore real Alien movies will magicly be cured....yeah. Something like that.

People won't ever take Alien seriously ever again. But this is the only way.

Why not? Don't like the looks of it?

I'm not a big fan of the franchise to be honest. I like it but its not the end all be all for me. This last trailer hooked me with what I saw for some reason. Maybe it was the soundtrack they used in it but its on the list now to see.

Josh wants to spend all his money on The Hobbit.

Oh, I'm gonna spend plenty on that no doubt.

It's been so long since I've watched any of the sequels that I will just go in with sweet memories of ALIEN. There are things I like about many of the others but ALIEN is some pure dope.

Its in the same universe but it is not an Alien movie. The creature of focus in this movie is the species that was found in the derelict ship at the start of Alien.

You mean the space jockey??!?! wow that's awesome, actually even better than actual aliens. Now i am excited, since the space jockey got owned by the alien too, now we get to find out what exactly happened to one of the great mystery of the alien universe.

OK so apparently there have been some advanced screenings...

The guys over at PrometheusForums.com have apparently found tweets from a non-fanboy/girl who has seen one of these advanced screenings. They have "confirmed" that the tweets are legit and have copied and pasted them onto their site. "Xenomorph" is in ____ing Aliens.

GORMAN SAYS IT ON CAMERA, ON SCREEN. It's what they CALLED the them in Aliens and Alien 3. And I think Alien Res.

So, fans never came up with that term. Cameron did. It stuck. You're going to do this again arentcha.
