or if they are going to copout and show a new crew going to LV223 to investigate, and then show Shaw at the very end getting there...

What would fans even want? do people want to see Shaw arriving at their planet? or see a new story with new characters?

It's going to have to focus on a new crew, there's no way they can make a 2 hour film with just Shaw and David.

It could be very creepy. Total isolation....Ridley said in another that Shaw won't put David's head back on because she doesn't trust him. But he will try to convince her.

someone had a crackpot theory that Weyland wasn't in the Juggernaut ship when it crashed, so he rolled into a hypersleep chamber and did something
Either way he will return.. !!

Vickers absolutely was not an android. Why would Weyland program an android to be pissed at him and want him to die so she could take over his company? David was the top of the line and he stated point blank that he was incapable of experiencing disappointment, a trait Vickers very clearly lacked. And if she WAS somehow an android more "emotionally diverse" than David why would she bother wasting precious seconds before the ship collided suiting up when it was established earlier that androids don't need them? She was definitely human.
