I could not find the kpo2 any where and when I did find it they wanted to much money. I will try to get a pic of him in a day or so

I know that cotsworld collectibles will have some in stock in about a couple of weeks. but I think the kpo3a worked just fine the gloves snapped in with just a little pressure and I swapped out the neck joint connector from the original darth vader ss stock body. and cut out the rubber neck part as it was to thick. I had to cut parts of the sleeves off as they were longer then his arms that part sucked but had to be done.

I would love to see more photos of your Vader, GG. Did Vader's head not fit onto the KP03 neck without cutting some of the rubber material? The neck looks similar to the KP02's so I find that surprising. I've been thinking of picking up that KP03 to see its leaner build will make poseability better on Vader, as well as make the arms look less wonky.

I took them from the new ESB/ROTJ Vader set I received Monday. The body on that turned out to be too tall and it arrived with a broken tusk, so I thought I'd bust out the old Vader and upgrade some of its parts.

Oh, I'm keeping both! I didn't spend $250 on the new Vader just for those few pieces to upgrade my old one. I just put them on just to see how it'd look.

Ok, I was about to say..

Anyway, I'll be selling mine. I don't know if Im going to part it out as pieces or the whole thing. I will be keeping the suit. I made the cape and tunic but they were one of the first ones I made so they're fairly crude but look just hanging on the figure. The body has been modified but it's reversible.

I really love it. Bulky as he's supposed to be!
The cape looks a bit strange...is it because it touches the ground so the weight is not keep him down properly or can be futzed?

It's because the new Vader is not much shorter than the ANH Vader, so the bottom of the cape goes past the feet. It does drape better because it's made of thinner material and isn't lined, but I'm definitely gonna have to find a customized cape for a permanent solution.

I used the reveal set on my ANH. I started with just the dome and eventually went with the whole thing.

I like this Vader, I like the shoulder slouch. Looks real.
