oh, one more thing. if you have not already. untie his wrist and shingaurds, and re-tie them, wrapping them around his wrists upper arms, and anlkes 4 times before tying them instead of three like sideshow did.. Looks LOADS better.

You opened it right? Cause my Darth Vader came like that. From the picture, it looks like the cardboard backing of the tray is in backwards.
