Don't worry, it's easy enough to do. Just use sharp scissors so you don't have any frayed edges. Oh and welcome to the board Gruckles.

I used a foam strip. That way you can pull arrows out without having to untape them.

Huh, good idea. Can you post a pic of what that looks like? My female brain can't wrap it's head around it.

So I've finished the conversion and he looks absolutely fantastic! Storm Shadow was my least favorite figure and now it's one of my favorites. Will post pics as soon as I can get some good ones.

Where can I get a Perseus body for under $100? Or is it a better idea to buy one complete and the rest out? Also, any place to get a complete one cheap?

Thanks you guys! I got my perseus from Sideshow (used a ton of points to keep the cost low)... gonna sell the rest on ebay to try to make some of my money back. Fingers crossed.

I really like the body and wish they were easier to come by... could see using it on lots of other figures.

I just got both my Storm Shadow and my Perseus. I'm about ready to do the swap. I'm a total newb though, so anything I should be aware of/cautious about besides trimming the sleeves?

I don't have a camera, but it's just a rectangular strip as thick as the inside of the quiver, and as long as the quiver is wide.

I'm interested to see what body they end up using on Zartan.

So far the teaser pics have it looking like a regular pro body, but I'll bet it will be the one with the ab-crunch ( like firefly) with additional sculpted detail like they did on Flint and Duke's forearms.
