Any direct lighting on my anakin tends to bring out shine in him, flaw in my repaint sadly, in normal light he looks fine, but shine direct light on him for more specific lighting like that and well you see what you get annoying but eh. The only thing i could concieve doing is shooting him with dullcote but i dont have any and frankly in person he doesnt shine like that so i've been lazy heh.

Edit: For sake of making the picture look better, i did my best to clean up any "shine" on anakins face, the original picture should be fixed, let me know if it looks better.

have you made your Anakin figure shorter (or obi wan taller), or did you put him on a platform for the picture? (they look great by the way.... and yeah, it's hard work getting them to look right isnt it, lol)

I propped up anakin on a small base to boost his height because in that picture for whatever reason hes that much taller than obi wan despite the fact that in other parts of the movie he doesn't seem that tall... heh whatever.

mine hasn't turned up yet (UK) but I already know I'm going to want a second one to burn up and pose with my redone Sith Vader figure (when THAT comes, lol)

two anakins.. needs two kenobis to pose with!!

I might pose my Obi like that when I get him back. Either that pose or rubbing his beard.

Yeah, that's my idea too.... I want a "two heroes" pose with them back to back fighting... and another Mustafar fight pose. I will use them as bookends to my Star Wars display until we get Darth Vader to pose with Luke...

Then I will switch out the heroes and use the ROTJ as one bookend with ROTS's duel on the other...

Yeah, sometimes it gets intrusive, but it's a necessary measure. I won't get into details, but I had an issue several months back elsewhere on the Net when someone used a pic I made, never gave due credit, and used it to bash the subject matter. So I watermark everything nowadays.
