Old Ben Shipping Experiment

I know how you feel. Old Ben was the first and only 12 inch I ever got from Kenner as a kid. He is my most anticipated release of the whole thus far (Palps coming at a close 2nd). I was really hoping to get him before Christmas so I could spend the Xmas break taking pics and goofing off. But hey, at least I know he is coming and so is yours.
More likely your account just hasn't updated. I know more often than not on mine SS orders, they don't update until well after the fact (most of the time mine are left at Order Placed until after they've been shipped. I even had one order that showed Order Placed a few days AFTER I received the fig).

Ya, I hear ya. This thing is just a perfect blend of factors for me; beloved character, great execution, and a sculpt that is made to be photographed, like Sidious, Ben's wrinkly face and intricate beard (thanks to Trev being very detailed, which I love about his work) are all the perfect canvas for me. Just you wait and see, going to be some very special shots when I get my hands on him.
You can fly out to L.A. and photograph mine, hes on the fedex truck.

I'm right there with ya.
But since he won't make it here until Monday at the easrliest -- if they even deliver then -- I'd rather wait until Weds/Thurs now. I don't want my Ben package banged around all weekend or used as a football for some bored employees.

I'm sorry for being a broken record, this is just like THE figure for me and I could care less if shipping took 2 weeks, I just want to know he has shipped and will at some point land at my home.

I know. I was at the airport mail facility yesterday and it took me 45 minutes just to get out the weather was so bad.

Don't you have your figures double boxed? That may account for it.

That is odd that they can't get it to you next Wed/Thu/Fri.
But at least you're getting it. I'm still at Order Placed!!! WTF? Someone definitely overlooked me this time.
I had them stop double boxing when they started using the Styrofoam caps.

I might. I just called to make sure my phone order/cancelation didn't foul up my T-order. Apparently I'm fine but I just haven't been processed yet. She's processing me now, but no pick-up tonight -- SS gone until Thursday. But I will get 'processed' on Thu, Quantum that night, and figure on Fri... I can only Hope.
Otherwise, it's next year.

I have received nothing on this one. No notice other than a blanket processing email a while back. NO charge, nothing. Too late to find out now.
So frustrated I cancelled some stuff. Made getting an AVPR Predalien easier anyway. Really wanted this one before Christmas though.
Will have to wait as well. At least folks in CA are delayed also. Gives me some hope I might yet get in...
