If you were to tell me last week that Sideshow would put up 4 new Marvel products this week, one being a freaking HULK comiquette and that none of them would sell out I'd say you were crazy. They're really striking out so far it seems.

The Black Cat looks awesome.
I also really dig the Spidey from a couple of weeks ago.

No one hits a homerun every time they're at bat.

That would make sense, why close these off prior to Con? Keep them open, that way if folks see these products in person they still have the possibility of going home and placing an order. To me it wouldn't make that much sense to announce product reveals all the way through Con, and then have some of those pieces designated as sold out prior to Con.

Also, note that all of these products are projected to ship 4th quarter. I would be surprise if they all shipped by year end, but SS could use the pre-orders to determine when these products ship. If Hulk and Black Cat generate the most pre-sells, then make sure those pieces ship by year end. The other pieces can then be moved to 1st or 2nd quarter of next year.

I think they leave the Qty open eneded. till comic con... Look at Scarlett witch. The production run was massive.

I wasn't a big fan of the hair either when i first saw it and the pose was completely different than what I expected, however looking at it on a daily basis I've grown to accept it. The paint app looks amazing as well as the pose. Consider this one purchased!

Keeping the Exclusive open until SDCC does not make sense. It's only a print. THey will have the regular available for some time.

Keeping the exclusive open as long as possible potentially translates into an additional $10 per sale. Might not sound like a lot, but that small increase can do wonders for manufacturer's margins and overall profitability.

Tide has turned for me. The sculpt is great. Would prefer different hair but it's not enough to ruin it for me.

Must have in my collection. Not interested in the print.
