just checked my shipping invoice from ssc and see i got charged $31 shipping instead of the usual $25

It could say "My Little Pony" on the bottom and it wouldn't matter. I can't wait until mine arrives.

Oh, wow! I didn't know you were from there or that shipping was that much. Are there any local dealers in your area, as opposed to going through SSC directly?

Hmmm I think I solved the mystery of what his scale is. His body is 1/4 scale but his head is 1/5 scale. Thatd explain why he looks okay with 1/4 scales and 1/5 scales. lol.

Think he will look ok with Thor and Cap PF? I've yet to see pics of that.

I can't decide if I should keep this or not. I canceled once, now waitlist is about to convert, but the pics aren't doing it for me, or the paint, or the small head, or the bad haircut, or the exclusive typo on the base, I already have the original PF, and I have Thanos and Spidey Comiquette coming soon too...

It seems you are getting some good stuff lately. I'd cancel this EX and if anything, get the regular cheaper somewhere else

I think you already answered your own question. I would cancel, especially since you already own the PF.

So much is said about the PF vs Com and I honestly don't quite understand it. These 2 formats represent two totally different time frames & art technologies imho. It is called Evolution of characters.

"You can draw Marvel characters" says it perfectly: "Spider-man debuted over 40 years ago it was common for comic-book Super heroes to be drawn in more realistic proportions. Over the years, his size and physical stature increased. As more time passed, his poses became more 'bug-like' to emphasize the uniqueness that is pure Spidey!"

This goes for all characters. Most of us grew up with the retro looking characters and therefore we love them (or most of us). On the other hand you gotta love the current art trends and the way things are changing. I do!! Which one you like better could well depend on your age, art taste, IQ, etc

I was in the same position, cancelled but still need to see more pics. Just too many factors that made me think this won't fit in the collection even after I custom it, but who knows I may convert after seeing more pics with PFs.
