I ordered the comm,but everyone is kidding themselves if they think this statue is as nice as the PF......the PF is superior in every way imo.

Hmmm I think I solved the mystery of what his scale is. His body is 1/4 scale but his head is 1/5 scale. Thatd explain why he looks okay with 1/4 scales and 1/5 scales. lol.

I canceled once, now waitlist is about to convert, but the pics aren't doing it for me, or the paint, or the small head, or the bad haircut, or the exclusive typo on the base, I already have the original PF, and I have Thanos and Spidey Comiquette coming soon too...

So much is said about the PF vs Com and I honestly don't quite understand it. These 2 formats represent two totally different time frames & art technologies imho. It is called Evolution of characters.

"You can draw Marvel characters" says it perfectly: "Spider-man debuted over 40 years ago it was common for comic-book Super heroes to be drawn in more realistic proportions. Over the years, his size and physical stature increased. As more time passed, his poses became more 'bug-like' to emphasize the uniqueness that is pure Spidey!"

This goes for all characters. Most of us grew up with the retro looking characters and therefore we love them (or most of us). On the other hand you gotta love the current art trends and the way things are changing. I do!! Which one you like better could well depend on your age, art taste, IQ, etc

The fact that they actually misspelled it is completely stupid as hell, but who really cares about the bottom of the base? Unless it's sketched, signed or a way low number, it doesn't matter.

Although I had only thought of this Hulk as a companion only to Hulkbuster, I think we have a winner setup here.
They genuinely look like they are fighting one another...Very nice shot.
