The shading on the piece above came out perfect!...looks awesome. The guy who painted mine didnt bother to do any sort of shading at all on his legs. Its just one stright color of lime green.....

Trust me...its not. Their literally is no sort of shading on the legs at all. Doesnt matter what type of light its under, those pictures I took above are under natural light. Its like the painter did his torso...went on lunch, came back and forgot to do the rest. Total hack job this piece. I cant wait to see what they send me when I get Optimus prime

If that is indeed true (which I assume it is) then Sideshow should have no issues replacing it. I would contact them immediately. That's a paint defect and is NOT normal factory variation IMO.

No THIS is a paint defect,....a little gift to me from the guy who painted this. The rest of this piece is a lazy effort.

I would send Sideshow an e-mail saying that their factory workers got poop on your statue and that you want a new one.

Thats what I did today, read a few pages back. I called in and told inthia about all the issues. She offered me a refund as the first option . I was like what?....I want a replacment not a refund. She said they had to check their inventory and that she will follow up with me in 2-3 days to ask me for pics. The dam thing is in stock!

After looking at the defective paint work most of the people who haven't received it are going to be paranoid equally. Sideshow must really take care and such things can really make it a very disappointing experience overall.

Those pics are great King,it really does make a difference what kind of lighting people use as the com looked a really pale green color in previous shots like this one :

From this angle, his head looking so small, its like the body trying to suck the head in.
And kinda like hunchback too.

good point, also the paint on your damaged hulk really did look like ____, hope you get a good one.

hell ask them to send you a reg even at a discount and then just peal off the label on the bottom and switch them. that way you should be good as you'd still have the original box and shipper etc. and with the EX. label no one will know.
