Like ave said, I would also definitely give them a call. That is really the quickest way to take care of issues with them. If you aren't getting anywhere quick with them, you could also talk to Mike, the CS manager.Over 48 hours now....no word from SS

WTF? I hate when that crap happens. Should they call you immediately if something like that is going down, instead of just screwing you? thinking if I should send mine back for replacement...there's a black mark on the shoulders and one of the toes has a white spot. it's not in the picture so stop looking for it.

They're really something, alright! I know that when I spoke to Lodi at SS on Monday, she said they were catching up after Thanksgiving. It could just be a bad week to get anything done by them. With every new pic I see, the more I don't like this piece...
LoL...that happend to me too the day before it was suppose to ship. Visa put a hold on my card because I bought a new TV at future shop. They thought it was a suspicious purchase and put a hold on my card. Cant blame them for being carful....but it sure is a pain in the butt when your trying to get somthing shipped from SS.
