They're really something, alright! I know that when I spoke to Lodi at SS on Monday, she said they were catching up after Thanksgiving. It could just be a bad week to get anything done by them. Slackers!

I spoke to Lodi yesterday via the live chat on the website. She told me to email her what I had...pictures and all and she would forward them off to Mike the manager and get back to me ASAP. I never got a response back from ether of them

like i said if there is no EX versions left take a Reg and just swap the sticker. doesn't matter about the misspelling as everyone is going to have it.

I would man, but then the ES will be higher. I favour exclusivity with my collectibles, regardless what the EX actually comes with...I order EX's more so for the ES. Im hoping, they can offer a replacment with the correct spelling. I would think thats something their obligated to fix

I'm in the same boat. I called them on Monday about a replacement for Carnage and still no word. No email acknowledgement. No nothing.

As I said, I even called them and still haven't heard a word back. Either they're really busy or really....something.

I dont think it should be hard for them to fix. Didnt they screw up the name for the 1:1 Iron man mark II bust?...they printed it as mark III.

Mike just emailed me back, looks like they will be replacing the stickers on the bases. Below is a portion of what he wrote back to me...

"I apologize that the Hulk that you received had some many defects and the wait time for a response from our returns department, however we have to assist all inquiries in the order in which they were received and when our office is closed for an extended time, there is bound to be some delay. I will of course contact our returns department and have them do their best to get to your request as soon as possible. As of now I can let you know that we will be offering a sticker that will correct the area that is misspelled on the Hulk. As far as the other damages on your piece, our Returns department will be able to offer you better assistance that I can."

I have a several years old Panasonic DMC-F27 with the factory lens. I think wonders can be worked with a timer and a decent tripod. That's good enough for me at least.

What settings/parameters are you using/adjusting in PS? PM me when you get a chance. I'm relatively new to PS and still trying to get used to it. Those pics look awesome to say the least. Very impressive.
