Im gonna go with Bear on this one. I have the PF and I saw the Comi at CC and I agree, it is AWESOME! I stay away from getting statues from the same character but I will have both. They're both great and special in their own way....I considered keeping one or the other but I like both...

Good question. To be honest, I love the PF. It was my first Sideshow piece and it is exceptionally well sculpted......However, Hulk Comiquette is just phenomenal....

I can't really compare because it is a different style. The head is smaller, the muscles more predominant and the pose more dynamic.....

If they were the same style, I would prefer the PF, but because they are so different, I want both.....

Even the hair doesn't bother me at all......a fantastic piece.....much better in person...

These are totally different types of Hulk statues. The PF is a fairly strict interpretation of the Kirby Hulk. I am NOT a fan of his work so that is why I do not like the PF. I am a big fan of the modern Hulk. The comiquette captures the modern take on the character perfectly. He is ALL rage and motion. The PF is a standing stoic brute. I wanted an angry pissed off Hulk comiquette in my collection. SS delivered BIG TIME.

If you like Kirby's work then the PF should be the only Hulk piece you NEED. It captures Kirby's influence perfectly.

However, if you want a more modern take on the Hulk....I dare anyone to show me a piece that is as unique and devastating as the SS comiquette because I haven't come across a Hulk statue that looks better than this one.
