As a rule i dont pay much over retail for most pieces so i wont be getting the hulk premium format, i know most collectors cant wait to spend a thousand dollars plus on their grail, but i just plan on purchasing the next unreleased grail instead. Besides the fact people scam the auction system and create these 2 thousand dollar auctions to the point of new freaks dreaming of getting one, no thanks.

It's funny but I don't like the PF as much as the Comiquette. The Com's face screams of rage while the PF's face screams of DUH for some reason. Hey but that's just me. Congrats to the one's that have it and love it.

I've got a couple Hulk PF's and i'm the first to admit it's crazy what these things are worth on the aftermarket.
as for spending that much on these pieces i have no problem with, as long as your not forgiving food, shelter or have a family just getting by, but i'd hope that most of the purchasers of these grails are people with substantial disposable incomes and not putting loved ones or themselves in $$$ problems just for a piece of poly:dunno

Couldn't agree more. I got the post release statues I wanted and am just looking towards the future now. Those two by the way were the Hulk comiquette and Thor PF EX. Either way, this is an expensive hobby and you have to stay grounded in whats most important and one's and/or ones family well being is MUCH more valuable.

exactly, one good thing about it though was i lost alot of wieght since i couldn't eat while the kids did.:monkey3

The thing that I find funny about this Hulk comiquette. After all the negative feedback this was getting it still sold out and doing quite well on the secondary market.

Just saying...

Number 109 in the house. Got the EX after months of Flexpay and i'm happy. The paint isn't as bright as the colour on the box but I got good paint apps. Its a heavy beast and when set up it looks fantastic. Loving thie piece more and more now that I have it in hand. Also Sideshow fixed the error on the bottom of the base :)

Yeah, you're right, brother. I can honestly say I have been singing it's praises for a long time, since the announcement and reveal, and still do now that he's chillin' with the rest of his brothers. :hi5:

Been doing the same thing myself. Looking at it on eBay and it's pretty much selling for $500. I say from MSRP $370, to now $500 is pretty damn good in my book.

I want to see picture first...:(

But I can see that being a good selling point if he were ever to sale it.

Yep! I remember when I first saw it I was taken back a bit by the whole pose and hair but the more I looked the more I loved. Sideshow tried something a little different and they hit it out of the park IMO. The pose is amazing! It really captures the feel of the hulk in mid landing! Such a great scult from head to toe. In hand there is nothing wrong with the hair cut. Just a great effort by the Sideshow Team. Best Hulk statue ever IMO!

If it was not for the Spidey Comiquette this would have been statue of the year hands down for me. It took the best Statue (Spidey) Sideshow has ever done to beat it:)

Yeah, I'd say that's a damn good start. I think this is the Hulk I will always keep in my collection. The only other one I've kept around is the BD smackdown Hulk. I got it signed and RB even put a sketch on it. I will sell it somewhere down the road, but the SS Hulkster comi is stayin'! :rock
