Yea you can get the reg version a lot cheaper but if you ever decide to sell it'll be the exclusive that makes you that paper.

Finally? The piece has been out less then a month

I remember this piece being out for quite some time before SDCC and I got on the waitlist after seeing it at SDCC.

Where are you getting the extra $50 price from? The exclusive is $369.99 and the regular is $359.99. Am I missing something because yea an extra $50 is too much for a print.

prolly mix matching a cheaper dealer with SSC price, they always do that.

And it seems like a lot of people are cancelling so he may not even hold his base value let alone any profits later on

I have to be honest....I'm unclear how you go about making this assertion.

Ok...you read some posts from a few people on the board that they have canceled their order. That doesn't necessarily mean the majority of people who have pre-ordered have canceled. Conversely, I read read a few posts from people who have come from Comic Con and now want to buy this piece. I don't think I can draw the conclusion that pre-orders on this piece have suddenly skyrocketed.

Second, never underestimate how in hand pictures can cause folks who were on the fence regarding a piece to finally pull the trigger. Personally I wasn't sure about buying either the Venom or Hulkbuster comiquette when they were first revealed. Then I saw in hand pics on both pieces and bought them both.

True that, I bought the Hulk after seeing him at Comic Con. I'd like to thank the hair hatas that canceled so that I was able to score one. Hulk + Hulkbuster is going to make one heck of a display.

OMG, I you are SOOO right! And OMG guys...did you SEE that hair? A buzz cut?? Come on...everyone KNOWS that gamma radiation turns you into a MEDIUM hair length green monster....

Ok seriously now...first to the hair haters...GIVE UP. Statue ROCKS, end of story. Your whining about the short hair is pointless.

Second, the value of the statue only really matters if you plan to sell it. Easy fix...keep it. That being said...this statue could go the way of the Hulk PF and then you will wish you owned it!

Won't go the way of Hulk PF because it is not comic accurate to any Hulk I'm familiar with (might in price, but I don't care about that). I'm glad you guys are happy with the hair and pin head, but freakin' Johnny Cochran could rise from his grave to defend this statue, and I still wouldn't be happy with the "artistic liberty" Hulk hair.

Of course, it is what it is, but it still miffs some of us who were hoping to one day see Sideshow do "modern" Hulk justice in this scale, only to get something that looks very cool, but is not an ideal Hulk by any stretch. Bummer, because I love the character, but not the statue.
